On August 7th, 2025, Xi'an Tiangong Electric Co., Ltd. (TGE) welcomed four experts and scholars in the field of lightning protection from the Lightning Protection Equipment and Grounding Research Office of the Lightning Protection Research Institute of China Electric Power Research Institute. Through on-site visits and in-depth inspections, they discussed the professional technology and quality control points of nonlinear metal oxide varistors, which are the core components of lightning protection devices.
Led by General Manager Ge Yuguang of TGE, the four experts visited the TGE MOV manufacturing workshop, arrester manufacturing workshop, and quality inspection area successively. General Manager Ge Yuguang gave a vivid and detailed explanation of the entire production process of varistorss and arresters, intuitively demonstrating TGE's technical advantages in precision manufacturing and high industry standards for quality control.
