From October 16 to 17, TGE's inspection team continued its in-depth research on Japan's powder industry and advanced enterprise management, successively visiting the POWTEX Osaka Powder Exhibition and Kyocera Headquarters.
As Japan's largest professional powder exhibition, POWTEX gathers global cutting-edge technologies in powder processing. The team focused on the booth of Hosokawa Micron, conducting in-depth inquiries into its full-process powder equipment such as crushing and classifying machines, and digging into the details of precision manufacturing technologies.
Subsequently, during the visit to Kyocera Headquarters, the team gained dual insights: on the technical side, they learned about Kyocera's leading ceramic material formulas and advanced processing technologies for powder application; on the management side, they studied Kyocera's iconic "Amoeba Management" philosophy — the model of small-unit independent operation and full-staff participation in cost control, which provides valuable references for enterprise efficiency improvement.
These two-day visits focused on core technologies and management experience, accumulating crucial support for the company's subsequent powder process upgrading, product innovation and internal operation optimization.
